📋 Description

• Review account activity, messaging behavior, and data to identify abuse, misuse, spam, scams, and other potential violations • Use internal tools and available data to shut down non-compliant activity and mitigate risk • Communicate with customers primarily through Zendesk email tickets about policy violations and corrective actions • Guide customers toward compliant solutions and notify them when access is restricted or terminated • Analyze recurring trends, identify root causes, and recommend long-term abuse-prevention solutions • Examine call and messaging records to trace activity, identify patterns, and support enforcement decisions • Resolve issues and build trust with customers, carriers, communications partners, and industry participants • Explain policy violations and technical details clearly and accurately in writing • Support compliance with Twilio policies and global regulatory requirements across carrier networks

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule; weekends, holidays and evenings may be required • Experience working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action • Empathy and ability to work with customers and carriers to solve problems using data • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and comfort with ambiguity • Above average written and verbal communication skills • Ability to articulate concepts and ideas clearly and concisely • Willingness to collaborate with communications partners and industry participants • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment • Good time management and organizational skills; comfort working under pressure • Excellent written communication skills in English • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, including formulas (desired) • 1–2 years of experience in fraud, abuse or compliance in ecommerce, FinTech, or telecommunications (desired) • 1–2 years of experience working in a queue-based environment triaging and resolving tickets (desired)
