📋 Description
• Own a Portfolio of accounts • Monitor customer facing emails alias and ensure queries are replied within required SLA’s • Achieve monthly cash targets whilst ensuring effective customer satisfaction • Ensure debt is below 3% each month • Identify key areas for change or improvement • Maintain transparency and honesty in your approach • Provide excellent service to our Customers • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Provide ongoing reports for collections status
🎯 Requirements
• More than three years of experience working on Accounting Team • 1 to 3 years of Collections experience • You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment • You love data and reconciliations • Best in class customer service is your priority • Third level qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline - or- relevant experience (desired)
