📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives • Be customer focused, metrics driven, and embrace a consultative sales philosophy • Support your team by helping them build and progress pipeline • Conduct weekly 1:1's with each team member • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data for your team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience • 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment • A leader who lives the Twilio Magic • Experience with selling a platform or SaaS • Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking and other communication solutions • Customer focused, metrics driven, embraces a consultative sales philosophy • Experience building high performing sales teams • Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships • Excellent time management/prioritization skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
