📋 Description

• Drive technical wins and design scalable customer engagement solutions using Twilio's API platform • Act as the trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise prospects • Bridge complex business problems and Twilio's communication APIs by crafting innovative architectures • Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery and translate business requirements into Twilio solutions • Design scalable, secure, and resilient communication workflows using Twilio APIs, including SMS, Voice, Video, and Flex • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, and proofs-of-concept • Mitigate technical risks and address objections regarding security, compliance, integration patterns, and architectural best practices • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay market feedback, feature requests, and emerging trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture role, preferably within the CCaaS, CPaaS, or broader enterprise SaaS industry • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C# • Hands-on experience integrating and troubleshooting RESTful APIs • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Ability to explain complex cloud architecture, web security, and enterprise integration concepts to technical and C-level non-technical stakeholders • Approximately 50% travel anticipated • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical industry experience is desired
