📋 Description

• Set, manage, and meet customer expectations regarding scope, budget, and timeline • Ensure successful implementations, customer value, excellent customer experience, and expanded platform usage • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout engagement delivery • Guide solution architecture, system configuration, integration patterns, and deployment strategies • Oversee solution design, implementation, configuration, production monitoring, and adherence to Twilio best practices • Partner with Professional Services team members to design, configure, and implement solutions • Lead technical resources architecting solutions, configuring systems, writing custom code, and setting up integrations • Analyze customer usage patterns, technical health, and implementation approaches to identify optimization opportunities • Recommend solutions or additional services to increase value and platform adoption • Send status reports, action logs, and other project artifacts • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project/program management experience implementing or delivering software solutions, preferably SaaS-based • Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment independently or collaboratively • Initiative to drive projects forward under ambiguous circumstances • Ability to communicate effectively from engineers to executives and advise leadership • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving software configuration, data mapping, API integrations, and system deployments • Strong strategic and tactical problem-solving skills • Proven ability to serve as a subject matter expert and trusted customer advisor in software implementation or technical consulting • Experience identifying technical blockers and dependency problems before customer impact • Ability to work non-standard and holiday hours and travel as needed, typically not more than 10% annually • Experience with Twilio technologies, delivery frameworks, implementation methodologies, Agile/Scrum/Six Sigma/Kanban/Kaizen, CRM or SaaS platforms, APIs, web-service integration patterns, and middleware is desired • PMI or Scrum.org certification is desired • Experience with solution design, system configuration, implementation support, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and communication-channel use cases is desired
