📋 Description

• Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for standard and non-standard agreements • Evaluate pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact • Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals aligned with Twilio’s financial guardrails • Guide Sales and GTM teams on contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance • Own the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, including quote building, pricing approvals, Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure • Maintain data integrity and policy compliance • Build working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales • Review and structure non-standard contract language within Order Forms • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling for business decisions and strategic initiatives • Drive and participate in cross-functional initiatives to scale Deal Desk operations, enhance systems, and optimize workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Business proficiency or fluency in English, with solid written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk or an analytical Go To Market role • If no degree, a minimum of 5 years of relevant analytical experience is required • Demonstrated analytical and financial skills, with a firm understanding of core financial concepts and the ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with proven experience building financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses • Ability to manage multiple high-velocity requests simultaneously while remaining extremely organized under tight deadlines • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to ask clarifying questions, and high integrity aligned with the Twilio Magic values • Desired: Knowledge and/or experience using Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, CLM, and JIRA
