📋 Description

• Design and develop high-impact learning programs tailored for a fast-paced support environment. • Build interactive e-learning modules, video tutorials, job aids, and simulations. • Partner with Support Leadership and Quality Assurance for gap analysis. • Create micro-learning and searchable knowledge assets. • Use metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design, preferably within a SaaS or Customer Support enablement context. • A demonstrated ability to create engaging digital content. • Exceptional writing skills. • Ability to analyze data and propose solutions. • Mastery of ADDIE, SAM, or Backward Design. • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Cornerstone. • Ability to translate technical product briefs into engaging narrative. • Agility to pivot quickly when product features change.
