📋 Description

• Lead the iOS engineering team, focusing on productivity, quality, and results. • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software. • Build best in class mobile apps. • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. • Focus on overall product quality and user experience. • Take initiative and be responsible for technical solutions. • Own and maintain engineering best practices. • Mentor and coach new engineering hires and other software engineers. • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including on-call rotations. • Comfortable wearing a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM), and other health related sensors. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely-related. • 5+ years of technical leadership experience. • Experience building iOS apps that integrate health sensors (Continuous Glucose Monitors, smartwatches, BP monitors, smart scales, etc.) and deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience. • 9+ years of iOS software development experience. • 9+ years writing software in Swift programming language. • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing local databases using SQLite. • Expert or mastery level using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Windsurf, ChatGPT).
