• Outbound prospecting into net new accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn. • Book discovery meetings with qualified contacts for the Account Management team. • Serve as a front-line representative on the Twist Bioscience website chat, engaging visitors, answering initial questions, and directing them to appropriate resources or booking meetings. • Research key contacts and decision-makers in target accounts, including PIs, lab managers, and procurement. • Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com) to log activity, track outreach, and ensure meeting booking KPIs are met. • Collaborate with Account Managers to align on strategy for named accounts and campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology) or related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with researchers and scientists. • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail. • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use CRM and chat platforms efficiently. • Comfortable multitasking between outreach and real-time engagement via chat. • Sales experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
