📋 Description

• Two95 International . is looking for experienced recruiters who specialize in native languages to join our team. We are now looking for motivated recruiters who can bring their expertise and help us find the best candidates for our clients. • ** • Responsibilities • - Source and screen resumes of potential candidates who specialize in a variety of native languages. • - Use different recruiting methods, such as social media, job boards, and referral programs to identify and engage potential candidates. • - Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience. • - Communicate regularly with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and candidate requirements. • - Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings. • - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. • - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• . • - Minimum of 1-3years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on native languages such as Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai and Indonesian. • - Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and methodologies. • - Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. • - Outstanding organizational and time management skills. • - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
