• Develop creative interior concepts and space plans. • Design and plan furniture layouts that maximize functionality, safety, and learning outcomes. • Create accurate 3D models using SketchUp. • Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion. • Prepare mood boards, presentation materials, and design proposals for clients. • Produce detailed furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations, and design documentation. • Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements. • Prepare project documentation and maintain organized design records. • Support procurement and installation of furniture and interior finishes.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in interior design, space planning, or furniture design. • Experience designing commercial, educational, or institutional spaces is an advantage. • Strong portfolio showcasing space planning and 3D visualization projects. • Lumion and SketchUp proficiency is required. • Strong understanding of furniture design and space optimization. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and project coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
