📋 Description

• Perform functional testing across SaaS and mobile applications, including new features, enhancements, and updates. • Investigate, reproduce, and document bugs, and verify fixes prior to release. • Identify edge cases, unexpected behaviour, and potential quality risks through exploratory testing. • Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and support timely resolution. • Test APIs and integrations, ensuring system functionality and reliability. • Manage and update work items, defects, and documentation in Azure DevOps. • Support release readiness, improve QA practices, and contribute to evolving test automation efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software testing or QA roles across SaaS, web, or mobile applications. • Strong background in functional, regression, bug reproduction, defect validation, and release testing. • Ability to identify edge cases, evaluate user flows, and test beyond standard scenarios. • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with developers and product teams. • Solid understanding of SDLC, QA best practices, and release management processes. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar defect tracking tools; API testing experience is desirable. • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive, methodical approach to quality assurance.
