📋 Description

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, customer demand, and promotional activity • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on changing business conditions • Validate forecast outputs, identify exceptions, and provide recommendations to stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams • Support promotional and campaign planning by assessing demand uplift and inventory requirements • Manage purchasing and replenishment activities to ensure product availability • Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimising stockouts and excess stock • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and potential supply risks • Coordinate with logistics partners to support stock availability and delivery timelines • Liaise with suppliers and contract manufacturers on production requirements and delivery schedules • Support production planning and scheduling to meet forecasted demand • Assist with supplier compliance, quality standards, and issue resolution • Analyse and report on demand, inventory, production, sales, and supply chain performance • Maintain planning tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting models • Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency • Perform other supply chain and demand planning duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred • Minimum 3+ years' experience in demand planning, inventory planning, procurement, supply chain, or a similar analytical role • Experience with demand planning, ERP, inventory management, or reporting systems • Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners is highly regarded • Exposure to AI-enabled forecasting, automation, or analytics tools is advantageous • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and forecasting data • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools • Sound understanding of inventory management, replenishment planning, purchasing, and supply chain operations • Ability to identify trends, validate data, challenge assumptions, and make practical recommendations • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
