📋 Description

• Initiëren van marktkansen en gesprek aangaan met een (potentiële) klanten • Adviseren over ruimtelijk‑economische strategieën voor campussen en innovatiedistricten • Analyseren van complexe opgaven en het vertalen van ambities naar concrete ontwikkelrichtingen en aanpakken • Begeleiden van samenwerkingsprocessen tussen publieke en private partijen, inclusief bestuurlijke en politieke besluitvorming • Bijdragen aan haalbaarheidsstudies, ontwikkelstrategieën en businesscases voor ruimtelijke ontwikkeling • Verbinden van inhoud, belangen en mensen, met oog voor bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke context

🎯 Requirements

• WO-werk- en denkniveau • Bij voorkeur een opleiding in een ruimtelijk-economische richting (bijvoorbeeld gebiedsontwikkeling, planologie of economische geografie) • In staat om invulling te geven aan strategische vragen én deze te kunnen vertalen naar een aanpak/ de uitvoering • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in ruimtelijke of economische opgaven.
