📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and value-based presentations for enterprise opportunities. • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concepts that connect creative needs with AI-driven solutions. • Architect workflows and integrations that align Typeface with customers’ creative, marketing, and technology ecosystems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to bring customer insights and feedback into our product roadmap. • Build reusable assets, demo environments, and playbooks that enhance the overall pre-sales and customer experience. • Represent Typeface at industry events, customer workshops, and innovation sessions as a trusted advisor and brand advocate.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or creative production, ideally within a SaaS company, creative agency, or marketing technology organization. • Hands-on experience delivering creative services or digital campaigns in an agency or brand environment, with an understanding of creative workflows, feedback cycles, and brand consistency. • An understanding of AI technologies, APIs, and integrations, and an ability to communicate their value to both creative and technical stakeholders. • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—you can translate complex ideas into engaging, business-relevant narratives. • Experience leading technical evaluations, proofs of concept, or creative pilots for enterprise clients. • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance creativity and technical precision. • Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings, events, and internal collaboration sessions.
