• Cold outreach is part of your daily routine – phone, LinkedIn, events, trade shows • You identify decision-makers at target companies and actively build relationships • You conduct initial conversations, uncover needs – and bring the internal team in when it gets deeper • You manage the deal from first contact through to closing • Occasional on-site meetings with customers when it makes a difference (~20%) • You provide us with market feedback – what customers really need, what’s missing
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience – with real closed deals • Cold outreach doesn’t bother you – on the contrary • You can explain complex topics in an accessible way • Basic understanding of digitalization, software, or AI • Confident presence at CEO or IT manager level • Very good German, good English • (Bonus points): Experience in energy, health, finance, Industry 4.0, or mechanical engineering • Knowledge of public funding/grant programs • Network in the industrial mid-market (NRW) • Startup experience or self-driven with minimal backoffice support
