β€’ Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines β€’ Develop a customer specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and U.S. / Mexico / U.S.–Canada cross-border services β€’ Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions β€’ Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders β€’ Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM β€’ Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of commercial sales experience β€’ Proven track record of building and scaling multi-modal books of business β€’ Preferred experience selling North American intermodal networks and port drayage β€’ Strong analytical, pricing, and contract negotiation skills β€’ Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred β€’ Must need to travel
