📋 Description

• Organize, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field and/or virtual appraisers. • Assign, monitor, and prioritize appraisal workloads to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and company objectives. • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, resolve issues, and encourage engagement. • Review complex or high-value claims for estimate accuracy, policy compliance, and state regulatory adherence. • Implement and manage quality assurance programs to ensure consistent and accurate appraisals. • Stay current on repair laws, parts/materials pricing trends, and insurance industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in auto claims or vehicle damage appraisals; 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency with estimating software (CCC One, Audatex, Mitchell, etc.). • Strong knowledge of Florida-specific repair laws and insurance regulations. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for in-person inspections (if applicable). • Industry certifications (I-CAR, ASE, etc.) a plus.
