📋 Description

• Review and process Workday transactions for compliance and accuracy. • Prepare and process data files using mass data upload tools. • Prepare and post accounting journals and budget amendments. • Prepare various financial reports, including state, federal, and ad-hoc reports. • Assist with year-end processes. • Perform general ledger account reconciliations. • Assist in gathering and reviewing data for preparation of fiscal year budget. • Assist other departments within the Business Office when needed in various accounting duties. • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field. • 2 years of relevant professional experience. • Workday financials experience. • Higher Education or State Government experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
