📋 Description

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and leadership • Present architectural concepts, solution approaches, and technical recommendations clearly • Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions • Model robust Dataverse schemas to ensure scalable data architectures • Drive solution governance and quality by establishing standards and best practices • Architect integrations across applications to enhance patient-service experiences • Mentor business analysts and software engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Background in healthcare IT or patient‑support services • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills • Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences • Proven experience in architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions • Strong customer‑service orientation • Proven organizational skills • Highly adaptable and self‑directed • Expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate • Strong Dataverse data‑modeling capabilities • Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices
