📋 Description

• Build agentic workflows and AI-powered products. • Design and deliver production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software. • Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive initiatives end-to-end. • Mentor engineers and help elevate the team's AI capabilities. • Contribute to the evolution of AI standards, patterns, and engineering practices. • Develop scalable and maintainable solutions in a polyglot environment. • Promote strong collaboration and transparent communication across teams. • Influence the technical direction and AI culture of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles. • Strong proficiency in TypeScript. • Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, and MCP Servers. • Proven track record building and deploying production AI/ML systems. • Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. • Hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI approaches. • Strong proficiency with Python or another major AI/ML language. • Ability to work effectively in polyglot environments. • Experience building products from 0→1 with high autonomy. • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset. • Advanced English communication skills.
