📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using the .NET ecosystem. • Develop backend services using C# or VB.NET and build modern web application features. • Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance. • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. • Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design. • Develop secure, maintainable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices. • Create and maintain unit and integration tests to support a shift-left development approach. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to improve delivery speed and code quality. • Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes, performance, and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Strong experience with C# or VB.NET. • Solid experience building web applications. • Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, relational databases, and query optimization. • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing application performance. • Experience writing unit and integration tests. • Comfortable working in a Shift Left development environment. • Strong understanding of software architecture and application design principles. • Experience working collaboratively within Agile engineering teams. • Willingness to adopt AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. • Basic understanding of LLMs, MCP, RAG, and modern AI development concepts. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. • Strong English communication skills.
