📋 Description

• Work with prospects who engage with Udemy to build pipeline for LATAM Account Executives across small business and large enterprise organizations • Build pipeline across LATAM by responding to inbound inquiries and driving high-impact conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, gifting, text and video • Become a powerful storyteller that clearly and confidently conveys Udemy Business value across key customers • Leverage sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong) to drive efficiency, review key metrics and optimize processes • Strategically manage your pipeline and book of business to identify and pursue new opportunities • Master core sales skills: call effectiveness, time management, territory planning and execution, sales tools and digital strategy • Embrace and champion Udemy’s inclusive culture in a hybrid environment

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm around a dynamic, goal-focused environment • Fluent in English & Spanish • Fluency in Portuguese is strongly preferred • Eagerness to learn and improve, with examples of personal or professional development initiatives • Ability to ask insightful questions and strong problem-solving inclination • High-energy, team player mentality, and self-motivated • Experience with our tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Orum, and SalesNavigator is a plus • Communication, coachability, time management, and drive (demonstrated growth mindset and adaptability)
