📋 Description

• Create Powerful Visual Stories • Edit and produce engaging short-form and mid-form videos, including reels, social media content, impact stories, documentaries, event films, campaign videos, and explainers. • Transform raw footage, interviews, testimonials, event recordings, and field content into engaging stories with a clear narrative and emotional arc. • Identify meaningful moments, insights, and perspectives within large volumes of content and bring them together into cohesive visual outputs. • Create content that effectively communicates the impact of Udhyam's work to educators, funders, partners, policymakers, and ecosystem stakeholders. • Execute Creative Content Production • Take ownership of producing, editing, and delivering high-quality audio-visual content and supporting visual design assets for social media campaigns, events, digital platforms, reports, stakeholder communications, and organizational storytelling initiatives. • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to understand briefs and translate them into effective creative outputs. • Participate in brainstorming and content planning discussions while independently executing approved concepts into finished deliverables. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail. • Create Engaging Visual Content • Use pacing, music, sound design, voiceovers, motion graphics, and visual elements to create content that captures and sustains audience attention. • Create and integrate text overlays, lower thirds, graphical overlays, 2D animations, transitions, and other visual elements that enhance the viewing experience. • Present ideas, outcomes, and data in visually engaging ways through video, motion graphics, charts, graphs, and supporting design assets. • Design communication assets across formats, including social media creatives, presentation decks, report layouts, campaign collateral, event branding, and digital communication materials. • Create graphic design assets that are visually compelling, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored to different audiences and platforms. • Explore New Creative Possibilities • Leverage AI-powered creative tools and workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency. • Experiment with AI voiceovers, AI-assisted editing workflows, and other emerging creative tools where appropriate. • Stay updated on trends in video production, digital storytelling, graphic design, content creation, and audience engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in video editing, visual storytelling, content production, motion graphics, multimedia design, or related creative roles. • Strong video editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional creative ability and storytelling craft. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva. • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, particularly for motion graphics, 2D animation, animated text, transitions, and visual enhancements. • Working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image editing, creative asset development, and communication design requirements. • Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, visual composition, audience engagement, and documentary-style content. • Demonstrated experience working with raw footage, interviews, event recordings, and diverse content sources. • Experience creating content across formats, from short-form social media videos to mid-form narrative and documentary-style pieces. • Demonstrated experience creating communication and campaign assets such as social media creatives, presentation decks, reports, event collaterals, and digital marketing materials. • Strong understanding of audio editing, music selection, voiceovers, sound design, and their role in creating impactful content. • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, branding, and visual communication. • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and emerging creative workflows.
