📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the planning, execution, and reporting of the audit function. • Manage the audit lifecycle, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls. • Oversee the execution of the annual audit plan, ensuring all projects are completed on time. • Lead the department-wide risk assessment process and manage a team of internal audit managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Insurance or a related field. • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. • 10+ years of experience in auditing, accounting, or business analysis. • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. • Extensive experience within the insurance or financial services industry is preferred. • Expert-level knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/STAT) and internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT). • Advanced project management skills.
