📋 Description

• The Program Manager is responsible for the administrative oversight of the Telehealth Addiction Medicine program, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based care in a virtual environment. • Developing workflows, managing patient scheduling, supervising staff, and leading quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and optimal patient outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Social Work, Community Health, or related field. • Three (3) years of professional public health, health, allied health sciences, drug and alcohol or related experience. • Experience in a leadership, supervisory, or program management role. • High level of technological proficiency, including experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and secure communication tools. • Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, Social Work, Community Health or related field. • Experience in new program development and implementation. • Demonstrated experience managing clinical services in a telehealth or virtual environment.
