• Support the design, development, and implementation of a SharePoint site for the People & Organizational Culture (P&OC) team. • Work closely with employees and stakeholders across a diverse multi-entity organizational ecosystem. • Help create tools and processes that enhance collaboration, information sharing, and operational effectiveness. • Support with recruitment activities and candidate administration using HRIS systems. • Process routine P&OC transactions in compliance with organizational policies and benefits programs. • Maintain accurate employee records and P&OC documentation. • Organize and maintain electronic records and filing systems. • Support other P&OC duties as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • The ability to exercise initiative and work independently. • The ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously. • A high regard for accuracy and attention to detail.
