📋 Description
• Provide QC & project mentoring on substation projects. • Submit Quality Reports as part of QC. • Review Quality Escapes and identify root cause for quality errors. • Participate on Training Committee team and action items to support internal training efforts. • Communicate department-wide training and quality initiatives. • Collaborate with department leadership on training needs and quality process related improvements. • Create and maintain training curriculum within Ulteig University.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • 7+ years of substation physical and/or P&C design experience • PE License is required • Lead Engineer or above preferred • Technical expertise in at least one substation design discipline • Eagerness and desire to support growth in others • Must have permanent work authorization to work in the US
