📋 Description
• Responsible for centralized configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (SF LMS) across all entities. • Ensure uninterrupted learning operations, support global training deployments, and enable local adaptations. • Application Support Management: Triage incidents, service requests, and change requests.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. • Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively. • Valid SAP SuccessFactors certification in one of the modules is mandatory. • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar role. • Advanced English proficiency.
