📋 Description

• Manage the resolution of critical incidents and problems • Execute complex service requests and changes • Identify and propose initiatives to improve system performance • Provide advanced technical support in Linux and infrastructure domains • Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through automation • Coordinate activities between internal teams and external cloud service providers

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and server operations • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management, or a related field • Fluency in English is required • Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Strong experience administering enterprise Linux distributions such as SUSE, Red Hat, or Ubuntu • Strong troubleshooting skills for servers, storage, and network connectivity • Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Go, etc.) and automation tools such as Ansible or Chef • Experience with clustering and high availability • Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
