📋 Description

• Design and configuration of charging models in SAP Convergent Charging • Creation and maintenance of Charge Plans, Charging Contexts, Price Plans and Charging Trees • Implementation of rating scenarios in real time (online charging) and batch (offline charging) • Integration of SAP CC with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), SAP SOM and external systems • Integration via Web Services, APIs and mediation systems • Troubleshooting rating issues, consumption inconsistencies and charging performance • Log analysis and performance tuning • Support for unit, integration and UAT testing • Participation in BRIM architecture definition • Support for cutover and hypercare activities • Work on both implementation projects and AMS/support

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in SAP • At least 3+ years of experience in SAP BRIM / Convergent Charging • Experience in at least one end-to-end BRIM implementation • Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM (end-to-end architecture) • Advanced experience in SAP Convergent Charging (CC) • Experience with pricing and rating modeling • Experience with integration between SAP CC, SOM, CI, FI-CA and external systems • Knowledge of billing for telecom or utilities • Experience with Web Services, APIs and distributed architecture • Experience with analysis of high-volume data and performance tuning • Strong experience in troubleshooting and log analysis
