📋 Description

• Support Agile teams by facilitating ceremonies, managing the backlog, tracking metrics, removing impediments, and aligning with stakeholders • Strengthen Agile/Scrum practices and ensure the cadence of planning and delivery • Support risk and dependency management and promote continuous improvement with the teams • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement • Work with Product Owners to keep the backlog healthy, prioritized, refined, and ready for execution • Track team progress, velocity, and delivery metrics • Identify, manage, and support the removal of blockers and impediments • Maintain and communicate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) • Coordinate team activities and dependencies between teams • Support release planning and sprint execution • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders • Participate in and represent teams in quarterly Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings and other equivalent Agile ceremonies • Coach the team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement • Manage interdependencies among Facility Operations Agile teams, including Safety and Sustainability streams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, Agile Lead, or similar role • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile tools • Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking team deliveries • Experience in sprint and release planning and monitoring Agile metrics • Ability to track metrics, velocity, risks, and team dependencies • Experience managing stakeholders and strong communication with business areas and technical teams • Knowledge of risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies management (RAID) • Advanced English • Agile certification such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe is a plus • Previous experience in environments with multiple teams and inter-squad dependencies is desirable • Experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning or equivalent ceremonies is desirable • Experience supporting Product Owners in prioritization, refinement, and backlog maintenance is desirable
