📋 Description
• Receive and analyze tickets, resolving incidents • Investigate root causes of errors when handling service requests • Dive into new SAP SuccessFactors features and present them to the client • Implement new functionalities for our clients • Collaborate closely with clients to build strong relationships • Identify new opportunities or improvements for our clients
🎯 Requirements
• Professional with more than 3 years of experience in HRIS, working as a key user or consultant • Interest in a broad range of HR processes (from core to talent) and in different industries • Hold a driver's license and be able to travel as needed • Ability to communicate in Dutch and French is a plus • Advanced or fluent proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
