📋 Description

• This is a remote position. Location: Remote • Develop and execute global revenue strategies across multiple regions and client segments • Lead and scale sales, marketing, and client acquisition teams to achieve growth targets • Optimise acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle value • Build and strengthen international IB and partner networks to drive sustained growth • Identify and expand into new markets (MENA, SEA, LatAm) with tailored strategies • Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market demand • Monitor and report on key revenue KPIs, ensuring continuous optimisation • Represent the company at industry events, building brand presence and networks

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in senior revenue leadership roles within FX/CFD or financial services • Proven track record of scaling sales and marketing operations in a competitive environment • Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, customer conversion, and retention strategies • Experience managing partner/IB networks and driving affiliate-based growth • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural, distributed teams • Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Nice to Have: • Experience expanding businesses into MENA, SEA, or LatAm regions • Multilingual with the ability to manage cross-border business relationships • Background in affiliate or influencer-driven acquisition strategies • Experience in fintech or other fast-scaling financial services companies
