• Handle escalated cases, resolving advanced issues in Linux, VPS, DNS, hosting, web services and integrations. • Investigate logs, processes, services and environments to identify root causes. • Create clear, standardized explanations so the support team can safely replicate solutions. • Document standards, best practices and internal solutions. • Identify recurring issues and technical bottlenecks, proposing structural improvements to products and workflows. • Automate routines and build integrations between systems, including flows and chatbots via WhatsApp or other tools. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps, priorities and platform improvements. • Act as a bridge between Support, Product, Engineering and Quality. • Participate in technical investigations, reviews, behavior validations and solution development. • Create technical documentation, support materials and guides that facilitate operations. • Ensure customers receive accurate, empathetic and technically sound responses — directly or via analysts.
• Proven experience in Linux environments, VPS servers and advanced technical support. • Familiarity with hosting, DNS, networking, logs, processes and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of systems integrations and flow automation (e.g., chatbots, WhatsApp, APIs, etc.). • Clear, empathetic and didactic communication. • Organization, autonomy and ability to prioritize. • Proactive attitude to propose structural improvements. • Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge.
