• Drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold outreach, demos, and qualification to drive through to sales execution. • Serve as a key escalation point for inside sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful closing. • Drive innovative sales approaches through inbound or outbound programs to provide tactical and strategic advantages to Uneekor. • Create and execute sales strategies that align with company growth objectives. • Identify key segments across consumer and commercial audiences and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. • Monitor pipeline health and forecast revenue, providing regular reporting to senior leadership. • Work with customers to understand their needs and position Uneekor’s solution as the best match (hardware and software). • Collaborate with Marketing to generate and follow-up on inbound leads (web inquiries, trade show contacts, partnerships, etc.) to drive sales outcomes whether that is directly, through a retailer or reseller partner or an Enterprise opportunity. • Maintain strong communication with channel partners, resellers, or distributors, depending on structure. • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve sales processes (CRM usage, lead scoring, qualification flows. etc.). • Analyze sales metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal size to spot trends and issues. • Recommend and pilot new tools or strategies to increase efficiency (e.g., cadence tools, automation). • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and competitive intelligence. • Work closely with Product and Engineering on new feature launches, roadmap alignment, and customer feedback. • Partner with Marketing to develop and refine sales collateral, demos, and campaigns. • Coordinate with Customer Support and Training teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption for new customers. • Responsible for leading and supervising his/her team, evaluating performance and delivering feedback. • Develops measures to enable, motivate and inspire employees to excellence. • Focuses on succession planning and assuring a strong depth within the team. • Participate in the development of emerging leaders / High Potential team members to be ready to move into roles with higher / extended responsibility. • Manage his/her team to ensure cohesiveness in production and strategic direction. • Collaborate with leadership and management teams to create and maintain a dynamic cross-functional, and effective organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years in inside sales, sales management, or business development, ideally in B2B technology or hardware + SaaS (or similar) • Proven success leading a sales team and hitting/exceeding revenue targets • Ability to sell technical products (hardware + software), with the ability to explain technical benefits to non-technical buyers. • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team building abilities • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and creating efficient sales workflows. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills for demos. • Knowledge of golf simulators, launch monitors, training facility business models, or golf as a sport is highly desirable.
