📋 Description

• Develop a client portfolio and support recruitment processes • Identify and prospect new companies and recruitment needs • Build and grow your own client portfolio • Contact decision-makers and present the recruitment firm’s services • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients • Build lasting relationships with clients • Gather and analyze client requirements • Write and publish job advertisements • Source and approach candidates • Conduct telephone pre-screening and interviews • Present suitable candidates to clients • Follow up with candidates and manage recruitment processes through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial drive and excellent interpersonal skills • Comfortable with prospecting and initiating contact • Dynamic, self-motivated, and organized • Comfortable on the phone and communicating with business professionals • Results- and growth-oriented • Curious and able to quickly understand a company’s needs • Interest in recruitment and the human resources sector • Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, HR, or consulting is preferred but not required • Strong sales ability and motivation to launch an independent recruitment business • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to develop business, prospect, build a network, and grow your activity
