📋 Description

• Execute and evaluate control tests applied to processes, products and services, analyze deficiencies, and propose improvements and action plans to mitigate risks; • Support business areas in structuring and improving effective internal controls, aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements; • Prepare technical reports, opinions, and executive presentations to support management, audits, and regulatory bodies; • Contribute to the development of the internal controls methodology, definition of indicators and measurement models, as well as the control and updating of internal policies and regulations; • Assess the impact of regulatory changes, implement necessary adjustments, and promote a culture of internal controls through training and technical support to teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields; • Experience with internal control frameworks such as COSO or similar; • Experience performing control tests applied to processes, products and services; • Familiarity with regulatory standards of the Brazilian National Financial System (Sistema Financeiro Nacional); • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
