📋 Description

• Record and track invoices for payment; • Manage payments for rents, fees, and other departmental expenses; • Support contract and vendor management for facilities; • Ensure organization and control of departmental documentation; • Interface with internal departments such as Finance and Accounting; • Monitor deadlines and ensure the correct execution of administrative processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; • Previous experience with administrative and/or financial routines; • Experience with SAP; • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
