📋 Description

• Management information for new (0 km) vehicles that are in the implementation process, including suggestions for internal process improvements; • Monitoring and analyzing initial processes for activity implementation; • Accurately equipping/accessorizing new (0 km) vehicles and keeping the system updated with current information; • Daily delivery forecasts (Implementation Map); • Analysis and presentation of the implementation map with daily forecasts for all new (0 km) vehicles in the implementation process (vehicles pending invoicing until implementation is completed); • Creation of delivery variance reports (Planned vs. Actual), etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint; • Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers; • Resilience to handle high workload; • Organized and detail-oriented profile to manage competing demands.
