📋 Description

• Conduct technical and financial analysis of maintenance estimates, ensuring quality, compliance and cost competitiveness • Assess vehicles under maintenance, identifying premature wear, damage and opportunities to improve fleet management • Analyze maintenance histories and validate that services adhere to clients' contracts and maintenance plans • Negotiate deadlines, scopes and prices with the supplier network, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control • Audit purchase requisitions and approvals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes • Review claim documentation and prepare technical dossiers for recovery and charging processes • Monitor workshop and supplier performance, identifying non-conformities and improvement opportunities • Develop reports and analyses of technical, financial and operational KPIs to support decision-making • Ensure compliance with area SLAs and follow vehicles through maintenance until service completion • Work closely with clients and suppliers to promote excellent service and customer satisfaction • Identify trends and innovations in the automotive maintenance market, contributing to process improvements • Share technical knowledge and support the development of team members • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures related to operations, safety and the environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields • Experience in automotive maintenance, with knowledge of key processes, components and services in the segment • Knowledge of the supplier market, workshops and parts/services supply networks • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis, reporting and KPI tracking • Analytical ability to evaluate scenarios, identify opportunities and solve problems • Negotiation skills and experience managing relationships with clients, workshops and suppliers • Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate across functions • Proactive, organized and results-oriented profile
