📋 Description

• Manage import processes, ensuring deadlines and compliance with customs legislation. • Check and analyze import documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL) / Air Waybill (AWB) and other relevant documents. • Record, track and monitor procedures in the Portal Único Siscomex (DI, DUIMP, LPCO and other filings, as applicable). • Perform tariff classification of goods (NCM) and validate tax classifications according to the role level. • Request and follow up on Import Licenses and other authorizations with the competent government authorities. • Monitor customs clearance, resolving issues and ensuring cargo release. • Maintain contact with clients, suppliers, carriers, customs brokers and government agencies. • Monitor timelines, costs and KPIs for import processes. • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize processes. • Ensure operations comply with current legislation and the company’s internal procedures. • Provide technical support to internal and external clients, ensuring excellent service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields. • Experience in import processes and/or customs clearance (appropriate to the job level). • Knowledge of import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, among others). • Knowledge of customs legislation and import procedures. • Familiarity with the Portal Único Siscomex. • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. • Experience in import customs clearance. • Knowledge of tariff classification of goods (NCM). • Experience with Portal Único Siscomex, DUIMP, DI, LPCO and other customs procedures. • Knowledge of customs and tax legislation applied to imports. • Experience in customer service and management of foreign trade processes. • Intermediate or advanced English. • Knowledge of foreign trade systems (SG3, OSGT, Siscomex or similar).
