📋 Description

• Analyze companies of various sizes, from Middle-market to Corporate+, including Brazilian and foreign entities; • Conduct analyses and prepare materials for Credit Committees; • Present case defenses to Credit Committee members; • Prepare portfolio studies focused on higher-risk exposures for the business; • Review other analysts' assessments when the recommendation falls within your authority; • Review/analyze economic groups (corporate groups); • Participate in meetings with clients and commercial teams to understand the risk profile of analyzed companies; • Monitor market media/news to assess applicability to our operations, consequences, and recommended next steps; • Actively contribute to team development; • Drive improvements for the development of the department; • Actively participate in reviewing accounting rules that may impact our market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. • Strong expertise in complex credit analysis for legal entities (corporate clients) ranging from Middle-market to Corporate+, Brazilian and/or foreign; • Experience preparing presentations for credit committees and contributing to policy improvements; • Experience reviewing other analysts' approval limits (delegations) and accounting rules; • Intermediate English; • Experience in the financial market or similar environment (desirable); • Postgraduate degree or specialization in financial areas (desirable).
