📋 Description

• Analyze companies of various sizes, from Middle-market to Corporate+, both Brazilian and foreign; • Perform analyses and prepare materials for Credit Committees; • Present case defenses to members of the Credit Committee; • Prepare portfolio studies focused on higher-risk segments for the sector; • Review other analysts' opinions when the recommendation falls within your authority; • Review/analyze corporate (economic) groups; • Participate in meetings with clients and commercial teams to understand the risk profile of analyzed companies; • Monitor market media to assess applicability to our operations, consequences, and next steps; • Actively contribute to the development of the team; • Drive initiatives to improve the area's processes and development; • Actively participate in reviewing accounting rules that may impact our market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. • Proven expertise in complex credit analysis for legal entities in Middle-market to Corporate+ companies, Brazilian and/or foreign; • Experience preparing presentations for credit committees and improving area policies; • Experience reviewing other analysts' approval limits and accounting rules; • Intermediate English. • Experience in the financial market or a similar environment; • Postgraduate degree or specialization in financial fields.
