📋 Description

• Act as the technical reference for software quality, leading strategic initiatives that increase reliability, scalability, and efficiency of delivery processes. • Support leadership in technical decision-making and in setting organizational quality goals. • Define and evolve the quality architecture of systems, covering automation, observability, performance, and security. • Design end-to-end validation strategies aligned with the software architecture and modern engineering practices. • Develop multi-layer automation solutions (API, UI, mobile, performance, and contract tests). • Integrate CI/CD pipelines with continuous verification mechanisms and quality reporting that support data-driven decisions. • Establish and track quality indicators (defect rate, test coverage, mean time to resolution, flakiness, among others). • Promote a culture of measurement and continuous improvement across all stages of the development cycle. • Lead the analysis of high-complexity incidents, performing advanced diagnostics and supporting engineering teams in defining corrective and preventive action plans. • Act consultatively with product, engineering, and operations teams, influencing architecture and software design decisions to ensure quality from inception. • Promote the adoption of modern practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Chaos Testing, and production observability. • Be the guardian of quality in the delivery pipeline. • Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, tools, and market standards related to automation, continuous quality, and system resilience. • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level professionals, developing technical and behavioral competencies within the QA and engineering teams. • Serve as a multiplier of knowledge and best practices. • Understand Unifique's product and service ecosystem holistically, contributing technical solutions that ensure high availability, security, and an excellent customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and Next.js applied to software development and testing. • Understanding of system architecture and modeling (Domain-Driven Design - DDD, Microservices, Event-Driven Design - Kafka) and how to ensure testability and resilience in these contexts. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile QA practices, including pair testing, defining acceptance criteria, and continuous quality. • Experience in test automation (unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end) using frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright or similar. • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and best practices for test coverage. • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), preferably using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and best practices for versioning and code review. • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Sentry) and using logs to validate production behavior. • Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, with a focus on data validation and integrity during tests. • Experience with performance and stress testing (e.g., k6, JMeter). • Knowledge of application security (OWASP Top 10) and automated security testing. • Experience with API contract and integration testing using Postman, Insomnia, or Newman. • Experience with mocking and service virtualization in distributed environments. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
