• Perform basic qualification of leads and respond to inquiries via phone call, email, and chat • Conduct discovery calls with leads and prospective customers • Gather information on current systems, project scope, budget, and decision-making process • Prepare necessary presentation materials for client meetings • Provide assistance for solution demonstrations • Draft sales proposals, software quotations, and related documents in coordination with the Sales Manager • Track progress on assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on action items • Create contact cards and keep CRM up to date • Assist the Sales Manager with appropriate tasks and providing administrative support as needed • Prepare discovery call notes, draft proposals
• Bachelor’s degree • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel • Good verbal and written English-language communication skills • Sharp analytical skills • Knowledge of calendar management in Outlook • Separate workspace at home that is quiet and private (should be a separate room) • Must be able to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
