• Governance and Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budget planning process (Budget) and periodic reviews (Forecast), defining macroeconomic assumptions and complex financial modeling aligned with the company’s strategic plan. • Performance Analysis and Efficiency: Lead in-depth variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual), identifying trends, anticipating risks and opportunities, and proposing corporate action plans to optimize clinical costs and administrative expenses. • Market Intelligence and Regulation (ANS): Monitor, interpret and anticipate the impact of ANS regulations on financial results. Conduct competitive market benchmarking studies to position the operator strategically against competitors. • Care Cost Modeling: Develop and refine costing models for the provider network, medical centers, laboratories and clinics, ensuring integration of tax, accounting and operational perspectives to support strategic negotiations. • Multidisciplinary Partnership (BP Interface): Work in synergy with Accounting, Human Resources, Actuarial, Provider Network and Operations to ensure consistency of technical-actuarial provisions, network costs and capacity reporting (e.g., Timesheet). • Executive Support: Prepare high-complexity executive reports and produce strategic presentations of results for the Board of Directors, Fiscal Council and Shareholders. • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Propose, design and implement new performance indicators (KPIs), report automation and improvements to financial management/BI systems, aiming to advance the area’s analytical maturity. • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a technical consultative reference for the team, promoting the analytical development of senior and mid-level professionals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields. • Specialization: Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization in Finance, Controllership, Healthcare Management or Health Economics. • Experience: Solid experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Costing and Budgeting, with consolidated experience in the Supplementary Health segment (health operators, self-managed plans or medical cooperatives). • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of managerial accounting, claims/loss ratio analysis (sinistrality), billing rules and ANS regulatory routines. • Tools: Advanced Excel (financial modeling) and experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., MV, TOTVS, SAP) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
