📋 Description

• Assess project feasibility based on the current budgeting process, identified costs and expenses, investment estimates, and the expected returns reported by the involved areas, aligned with the budgeting process and strategic planning objectives. • Plan, together with stakeholders, company portfolio projects of high, medium and low complexity according to executive prioritization, defining Scope, Schedule and Duration, Costs, Quality, Risks, Human Resources, Procurement and Communication, using Central Nacional Unimed's current project methodology to ensure that the objectives requested by the business area and defined in the strategic plan are achieved. • Monitor the execution of projects of high, medium and low complexity, tracking and controlling Scope, Schedule, Costs, Quality, Risks, Human Resources, Procurement and Communication in order to align the involved areas and the Project Committee on progress and potential deviations. • Close project phases and projects by communicating with all stakeholders and ensuring signature of the project acceptance/closure document and updating the lessons learned repository. • Evaluate and update, when appropriate, CNU's project management methodology as well as its tools and artifacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields. • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas.
