📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met. • Collaborate with Program/portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives. • Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups. • Oversee the execution of change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans. • Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio. • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions. • Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control. • Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. • Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness. • Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and share best practices across the organization. • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success. • Contribute wider awareness and understanding of effective project management across the wider team enhancing the organisations project management capabilities.
