• Develop, plan, and implement educational management solutions with a focus on schools and their articulation with other levels of the education system, in partnership with State Departments of Education and technical partners. • Apply project management methodologies, demonstrating proficiency with tools and practices for leading complex projects. • Develop, monitor, and track implementation schedules, ensuring deliverables are executed with quality, efficiency, and adherence to the established plan. • Manage project risks, resources, and budgets, ensuring the responsible and strategic use of available resources. • Liaise with teams from State Departments of Education, vendors, and technical partners to promote alignment, cooperation, and effectiveness in project implementation.
• Degree in Education, Public Policy Management, or a related field. • Postgraduate degree in Education with a focus on school pedagogical management (preferred). • Knowledge of the public policy life cycle (preferred). • Experience in government innovation projects (preferred). • In-depth knowledge of leadership and school pedagogical management practices, in-service teacher professional development, curriculum management, and the pedagogical use of assessments. • Experience in educational project management with a focus on schools (considering their relationship with other system levels). • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies applied to innovation projects. • Systemic view of public education and proposed solutions, with the ability to propose innovations. • Ability to develop and apply processes, methodologies, and tools useful for strategic design development within the Institute. • Ability to build relationships, establish connections, and reach consensus with multiple stakeholders and external partners. • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments, continuously learning and contributing to knowledge generation.
