📋 Description

• Develop, review and evolve project typologies, ensuring standardization, constructability (execution feasibility) and adherence to company guidelines; • Coordinate and technically validate the solutions adopted in the typologies, ensuring quality, productivity and construction efficiency; • Conduct technical studies and comparative analyses of construction solutions, layouts and standardizations, aiming for economies of scale and cost optimization; • Ensure the application and updating of typology standards across design disciplines and partner areas; • Support the definition of technical assumptions for new developments, considering execution, performance, cost and schedule aspects; • Interface with internal departments, ensuring technical alignment and compliance with established guidelines; • Manage and monitor the project workflow related to typologies, ensuring schedules are met and the quality of deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism (or equivalent); • Advanced knowledge of Revit; • Knowledge of construction processes and typology standardization; • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with multiple departments; • Critical thinking for reviewing and standardizing solutions.
